  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeno deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper


  1. Wash the cilantro and trim the stems just below the leaves.

  2. Wash the parsley and remove the leaves from the stems.

  3. Roughly chop the red onion and jalapeno.

  4. Combine the cilantro, parsley, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and crushed red pepper in a mini food processor. Pulse until well combined.
